No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake that i made yesterday
said i’d share it and here it is! (recipe is from a magazine my grandma had idk which)
Ingredients:
- 9 oz graham crackers
- 7 Tbsp salted butter, melted (a whole stick works fine)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 18 oz cream cheese, room temp
- 3 1/2 oz powdered sugar (i used 1/3 cup and it turned out plenty sweet enough)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1-13 oz jar nutella
Directions-Graham Crust:
- crush graham crackers in food processor
- add melted butter and pulse a few times
- put in springform pan (really you could use any pan if you don’t have a springform)
- pat down to make sure its all nice and even
- set aside for later
Creamy Filling:
- mix cream cheese, extract, and sugar until smooth
- empty entire jar of nutella into and mix until all blended
- add 1/2 cup cream and mix until kinda mousse-y consistency
- spread on top of crust
- (optional) before refridgerating, you can crush up chocolate candy of your choice. i used heath pieces and that turned out really well, but you could also use a couple Ferrero Rocher chocolates crushed up or almond joy or whatever
- Enjoy!
